and while usually these only change background things, there are some new features of windows this time.  Most notably in my opinion would be the fact that you can now text using cortana.  This functionality is only offered to windows phone users however.  This might be an effective push in the windows phone direction.  Windows phones up until this point have been far from a competitor with apple or android.  Another notable feature, you can now cast movies and music straight to streaming devices.  For roku users in particular this is a huge sigh of relief.  Being able to push one button to get a video from your computer to your TV is a big deal.
