Recently google started a test run

of a feature they plan on implementing.  The trial took place in metro San Francisco, so for most of us this isn’t a huge deal yet.  However, if all goes well we can expect they will deploy the feature everywhere.  You may think this is a tad bit insecure, as you may end up getting referred to someone with ill intent.  However, while google lets you list yourself, they do make sure you are a fully registered and licensed practitioner of what you are advertising yourself as.  This could bring about the end of such services as yelp if it is as simple as googling it.
